My goals were to cut body fat, gain muscle and increase my endurance. Ace helped me to achieve all of my personal fitness goals. Working with Ace was very physically demanding and challenging. I knew it wasn’t going to be easy but he made it very informative and enjoyable. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable to educate you while pushing you to reach your goals.

"lost fat and built muscle"
52 years old with arthritis and fibromyalgia. I was terrified and embarrassed to go to any gym. I was able to lose fat, build muscle, improve my cardiovascular system and had less pain. He is professional, respectful and patient.

He was able to tailor MY program to meet MY goals. He not only trains you but educates you. I totally recommend him to everyone including my family. Hard work and consistent sessions with him is how you can meet your goal as well.

He keeps me motivated and always pushing me to keep me going even when I feel I should just give up.
