About Joseph

After playing in the NFL for 5 years with the Saints, Packers, and Raiders, I learned more about the Defensive Back position than I could have anticipated. It was a dream come true and a passion that I was fortunate enough to live. Now my passion is teaching serious student-athletes the intricacies of playing Cornerback and Safety at a high level. What do you get when you train with me?

5 years spent Coaching High School Football.  

Trained some of the top DB's in the country getting ready for the NFL at TEST Football Academy; Chuck Clark, Darnell Savage just to name a few.

We discuss your personal needs and what you feel needs to be improved.  We then set up a time and date that is mutuall acceptable for our first session. A typical session includes:

Dynamic Warmup then a focus on specific drills with a teaching teaching point for everything we do.  Footwork, hips, and ball skills will also be taught at each an every session.  We will end with a static stretching routine and a review.  



Athletes who are serious about improving their Defensive Back craft.
