I feel like one of the most important things when working with a new student is to establish a rapport with them. This helps to see where they are coming from and identify what their needs are. Once I have identified their strengths and weaknesses we can establish goals to work towards during our time together.

Ted has been tutoring my son for about three years now. He has helped my son overcome several learning differences. He explains things in a way that my son understands. My sons freshman year he had a F in science and math, D in English and history. Within six weeks of Ted spending time with my son his math and science grade went up to a B and his history and English grade went up to A. I highly recommend Ted he has been instrumental in my sons high school education.
