About Tori
I am a junior at Western Carolina University. I love math! I went all the way through AP calculus in high school. I was recently a math tutor for 7 years at my job in Charlotte, NC, tutoring kids from the ages of 4 to 14.
I love seeing the kids finally understand what they are doing and having the different concepts "click" in their minds!
I actually started as a grader, just grading papers and occasionally helping the students with questions they had about their assignments. After 2 years of this, I was promoted to being the teacher of the class and absolutely loved being able to connect with the students more easily and seeing them grow right in front of my eyes!
I worked as a tutor for almost 6 years in Charlotte, NC before coming to college at Western Carolina University.
