About Anna

I have loved math for as long as I can remeber. My goal is make all of my students fall in love with math and find it as fun as I do.

I have been tutoring online for almost 5 years. I have acheived success with all of my students including improving their overall class grade, improving their ACT Math score, and imporving their state testing score in math.

I started teaching beacuse I love mathematics and share my love of math with students who either love math too or dont love math as much as do!

I have a bachelors degree in computer science with a minor in general mathematics. I have also tutored in mathematics for almost 5 years.

About the lesson

The first thing I do is ask how the student feels about math and where they feel they are struggling. Next I learn their thought process when it comes to math problems and work on how tweak their thought process to solve and understand each concept in a way that the student will understand

I have taught all types of students.

A father of a student of mine reached out to me after our first lesson and thanked me. He said his daughter came out the session smiling from ear to ear and couldnt wait to show him everything that she had learned in the session.
