I got started because my own health challenges growing up , which turned into a life long leaning and understaning that we all have special needs .
Me and my staff have over 30 + yrs of training and Education in sports pre-hab , anatomy -physiology .

We donate our time anually to Truman College to raise money in a fun cardio fitness class . We have raised over 8k in the past few years .
