About Saeed

As a health and wellness s provider for 20 years ,i enjoy to help people for having better posture ,symmetry,activation of muscle and better mobility.i think nothing is more important than having proper posture for improving quality of life .flexibility and doing corrective exercises work for achieiving to those goal. I have been working as a therapist at national teams and clubs for so many years and i could help athletes successfully.

My service is initial body assesment in terms of 4 indicators including mobility ,quality of movement for muscles ,posture and symmetry and overall energy efficiency .moreover,i customize stretching ,manual therapy and corrective exercise for each client based on issues and concern.

I started teaching after proper and adequate learning .

* sports physical therapist (bachelor degree from medical university )

* stretch coach (flexologist) certification from NASM/stretch lab

* exercise physiologist (master degree )

* official therapist of FIVB

About the lesson

My typical process is based on initial assessment and then customizing service according to my student and client concern .

Any age

Pay attention to experience and expertise of teacher based on formal documents.

Olymic games and Asian games (i participated as therapist at gave sports medicine services to professional athletes.
