I had let myself go physically just doing the weekend warrior stuff, I started working with Donnell and my strength endurance and agility have gone through the roof. I find myself wanting to work out even when I am between sessions with him. I have never had a concierge trainer before but I can not imagine not having one after my experience with Donnell he is the best.
