About Miroslav
I started teaching 12 years ago. I have always been fan of the sports and love helping others to achieve their goals.
After high school I went to school which last two years where I got a degree Advensed instructor for Fitness. Afterward I went to University of Physical Education and Sport for four years where I graduated as Professor of Sport. Also, I'm certified personal trainer with ACE.

I usually prefer to give first class free of charge because I want first to introduce my new client better, to hear more about them and acknowledge what they needs and goals are. Based on that, I make set of tests to do assessment and see where my clients at at the moment. According with the results of the tests I design a high end specific training program for the clients which gonna help them to achieve what they exactly want
I have been working with so different types of clients. I had great results working with athletes, boxers, fitness oriented people and obese clients.
