If you are looking for a personal trainer, Wellfit is the place to find the best! I personally train with Patty, but the entire staff has gone above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. I signed on as a person who had never worked out in a gym before. I have always been a bit overweight and not very strong. At the age of 48, I decided I was tired of being tired and yoyo dieting.
