About Joseph
Program design is individualized to each person I work with. This includes nutrition, workout and supplementation. State of the art facility, proven results.
Connecting with people, teaching, getting people to achieve the goal they have.
I have always been into fitness going back to about 3-4 years old. I started teaching when a friend of mine was playing football for a local Junior college and was trying to get a scholarship to a bigger school. We went to work and he not only for it but was a record holder for his position at New Mexico St.
NASM CPT, CES, PES, TRX, RKC, IHP, FNS certified. Played college baseball, football, professional MMA fighter. Worked with beginners to pro athletes.

My rate in club is $75 a session. I do offer discounts for those who get bigger packages. $60 off-site, i.e. parks, home gyms etc..
