About Ryan

Hello! My name is Ryan Duffy. I earned a Bachelor's in Exercise Science from Mansfield University a DII school where I played on the baseball team. I am Currently enrolled at Untied States Sports Academy for Masters of Strength and Conditioning and a Minor in Sports Medicine. In 2009 I was a member on the 17U Team USA baseball team and currently a local varsity high school hitting coach. I am the Director of Sports Performance for Athletic Republic in northeast PA where I perform Biomechanical breakdowns of athletic moments and testing utilizing force plates. I have 8 years experience training various athletes and customizing programs to help them achieve their goals. My specialized certifications include:

NESTA Biomechanics Specialist

ACE Orthopedic Exercise Specialist

National Academy of Sports Medicine certified trainer

National Academy of Sports Medicine Performance Enhancement Specialist

TRX Suspension Training Certified

Athletic Republic Master Trainer Certifiation

I have always had a passion to help people. I strive to make a positive difference in each of my clients lives. From helping that bride look great in thier wedding dress to the athlete gaining that edge on their competition, I always put my full effort into getting the best results.

I always loved teaching and helping people learn and work toward a goal. I started instructing kids in baseball when I was 15 and have always had a coaching role since then.

Degree in my field and various top level certifications. 7 years of experience in my field and a total 13 years working with athletes. Also have 5 years experience working with adult population looking for weight loss and various other goals. I have clinical experience working with adult special populations.

About the lesson

I will first complete a phone interview,email or in person going over their goals and what they would like to accomplish and follow up with a program.

I have training athletes as young as 9 and have had adults clients as old as 91.
