About Jan
In my work as a health and fitness coach, I work with clients to help them optimize their energy and satisification in life, through vibrant nutrition and physical activity, and in so helping them to feel their most LIVELY!
I am a certified personal trainer through ACE Fitness, a Pilates instructor through Balanced Body, and an integrative health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I also hold a bachelor's degree in theatre arts and a master's degree in communications management.
It brings me such joy to see my clients get stronger - and do things they never thought possible - both physically, and in the mental challenges that many of us face with eating and living a healthy lifestyle.
