With the experience of teaching in both national and international primary school, teaching is not only a career but beyond my passion. I like the fact that I am able to contribute, love and shape strong characters through education. Throughout my teaching experience, it was an opportunity to implement different teaching methodology for mixed ability students to achieve the objectives set. Not limited to, I ensure effective yet interesting teaching and learning process to allow students to explore their own abilities, at the same time have great exposure to knowledge. The ability to plan a proper lesson plan accordingly is definitely my key to achieve it.
Regardless of the language knowledge or background of the students, I practice myself to see things from their view as a way to build strong relationships and trust in classroom. Having this will smooth the process of fulfilling their emotional, social and intellectual strength. I do believe that my experience would benefit everyone.
