About Lavanya
I’m a Biology tutor with over 4 years of experience and an MRes in Biology. My passion lies in neurobiology and helping students understand the complexities of the human brain. I specialize in teaching topics such as neural networks, synaptic plasticity, sensation, and perception. My teaching approach in Biology is gentle, reflective, and deeply focused on the fascinating microscopic world. My strength as a toxicologist and curious tinkerer helps me guide students through complex systems in a creative, engaging way. I encourage asking questions and thinking beyond the textbook.
