Hello, My name is Oliver, and I am currently a third-year undergraduate student at the University of Manchester, where I am projected to achieve a first-class degree. My passion for economics and business studies began when I first studied these subjects at A-level, and it has only grown stronger over the years. I believe in adapting my teaching methods to best suit each individual student's learning style. I prioritise active learning, using engaging techniques such as asking questions to reinforce and deepen understanding. This helps students actively engage with the material and retain information more effectively. In terms of lesson length, research suggests that sessions between 45-60 minutes are ideal for focus and retention. From my experience, I find this to be true, but I am flexible and willing to adjust the lesson duration based on what works best for the student. I offer tutoring for students studying Economics and Business Studies at both GCSE and A-Level.
