About Mikey
I’m 21 years old and have spent my whole life being active. I grew up playing football and staying involved in sport, which built my passion for training, movement, and pushing myself physically. Exercise has always been a big part of my life, not just for fitness, but for confidence, discipline, and mental well-being.
I train regularly and genuinely enjoy the process of improving—whether that’s strength, fitness, or overall performance. What I enjoy most is helping other people do the same. Seeing someone gain confidence, build consistency, and feel better in their own body is what motivates me to want to start coaching
