About Kiranmayi

I am deeply passionate about food science and love learning anything and everything related to it. When I’m not teaching, working, or conducting my own research, you can often find me curled up in bed with a good book and a cup of warm elaichi chai – my ultimate comfort combo!

I have a zest for exploring the world and enjoy traveling to different countries, soaking in new cultures, and, of course, trying their unique cuisines. I also share a special bond with my elder sister, who plays multiple roles in my life – sometimes a mother, sometimes a strict school principal, and always my best friend.

Life for me is about cooking, discovering, sharing, and enjoying the little joys that make every day special.
