Helen's personality makes me feel so comfortable. In the first session (which was free) she explained everything I needed to know about my fitness plan. This plan included cardio, strength and bodyweight strength. The second session was eased into and it was really good. I'll keep training with her for sure and I recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
