After 10 years as a nurse, and a passion for learning about fitness and nutrition, I want to share my knowledge with clients. I offer a non-judgmental approach, tailored to your needs, fitness level and schedule. Let’s work together to get you to your goals and a healthier lifestyle! We will build a personalized fitness plan, discuss nutrition goals, and do regular check ins.
