About Sam

I am a teacher of ESL who has been teaching for 14 years in international, private and language schools as well as personal tutoring and online teaching. I have taught students of all ages ranging from kindergarten to adult professionals in Thailand, UAE, Brazil and the UK. I have successfully helped students achieve their desired score in IELTS and the students in my international school consistently achieved high grades which improved each term.

About the lesson

My aim is to make learning English an enjoyable educational experience. I am naturally very friendly and enthusiastic and want to ensure my students feel comfortable and relaxed when learning. I employ a range of techniques to address each learner's individual needs and weaknesses. I draw on a range of different topics and resources to make the learning experience as meaningful and interesting as possible. I constantly check comprehension and provide regular corrections when necessary.
