About Claudia
I am 22 years old, born and raised in Hertfordshire. I am fun and friendly, super organised and love a challenge.
I have recently gained my qualified teaching status in primary education but now work as an RE teacher in secondary school.
Despite this, I have always dreamt of being a journalist. My passion for this is what pushed me to get an undergraduate degree in Journalism and creative writing and is now a hobby and a stress outlet for me in my spare time.
I love to read, bake and get out in the sunshine. I have thoroughly enjoyed my journey so far of working with children and am excited to take on my next role in helping young adults grow into their independent adulthood.

Initial lessons with begin as a getting to know each other session, setting expectations and what we will be working on across the coming lessons.
I have a fresh understanding of the GCSEs and A-Levels since taking them 5 years ago and will use previous assignments as models for guidance.
Lessons will consist of:
- retrieval/ recap- in the form of fun quizes or super starter activities.
- quick fire questions
- depending on the subject we might mind map or flashcard key vocab or deepen our knowledge on adjectives, suffixes, adverbs etc.
- fun challenges- could be to push for greater depth and understanding or game challenges to get our brains working.
- I may email across worksheets, information or fact files which are feel can be helpful resources to refer back to or tasks that can be completed within our allocated tutor time.
Some lessons can also be used as offload and reflection time. If you are going through a tough time I am here to offer as much support in all aspects of your overall wellbeing.
