About Vikas
Hello, I’m Vikas Chavan, a postgraduate (M.A. in Economics) and a dedicated teacher of Polity, History, Geography, and General Knowledge.
I have cleared multiple competitive examinations, and through this journey, I have developed a deep understanding of exam patterns, question trends, and the exact areas where students usually struggle. I don’t teach from a purely theoretical point of view—I teach with an exam-focused mindset.
What makes my classes different is my concept-first approach. I believe that memorizing facts without understanding creates confusion in exams. Therefore, every topic is explained from the basic level, linked with real-life examples, and reinforced through previous year questions and practice MCQs.
I focus on:
Strong conceptual clarity
Simple explanations in student-friendly language
Polity, History, Geography & GK from an exam perspective
Regular revision and doubt-solving
Helping students understand why an answer is correct
As a serious competitive exam aspirant myself, I understand the pressure, confusion, and time constraints students face. My goal is not just to complete the syllabus, but to help students build confidence and accuracy in General Studies.
