About Christine
I am a nationally qualified trampoline coach, high performance double-mini trampoline coach, level 2 freestyle gymnastics coach, Boxercise instructor, and personal trainer! I've been running my own competitive trampoline club for over 8 years and have been involved with circus performing and teaching for the last few years. I've been running online conditioning sessions since the first UK lockdown and have never looked back!

Sessions are available for adults and children (I have a current DBS and safeguarding), online, as either individual sessions or group sessions. Sessions will be based on whatever your goals and aims are and can cover a wide range of fitness and skills - whatever you want to work on. I can also make sessions fit around you with flexible timings and lengths of sessions.

Details
I can provide sessions to suit you so if a 30 minute, 45 minute or 1 hour session would suit you best, that's what we'll do! Prices are below:
30 minute session: £15
45 minute session: £20
1 hour session: £25
I'll also do discounts on multiple bookings so 10% discount on block of 5 bookings, or 20% on block of 10 bookings, no matter the length.
