About Kanica

I am a fitness enthusiast and have pursued my formal post graduation course in Yoga from one of the most reputed institute in the World - "Kaivalyadham".

My fitness transformation started around 5 years back when I decided to hit the gym to get fit. Slowly my inclination shifted towards Yoga as I found it to be a holistic way of living a fit and healthy life.

About the lesson

I teach online using ZOOM app and my maximum batch size is 12. I have a different format of class on a daily bases so that the participant can learn various postures and exercises.

The class is for about an hour which includes Breathing exercise, Joint movements, warmup by Suryanamaskar, Asana practice, Guided full body relaxation.
The class is designed according to the needs of the student.
I take beginner and intermediate classes.

Perfect! I only have positive things to say about my yoga lessons with Kanica! She is an outstanding and very experienced teacher. She provides clear directions and explains the benefits of each asana really well. I have been taking 1-1 classes online from the UK and Kanica has been doing a great job at teaching online and making sure that I am doing the poses correctly. I highly recommend classes with Kanica. I look forward to many more excellent yoga classes!
