Initially I was skeptical about yoga as I had a lower back injury due to weightlifting. But Ujjwal was confident and under his guidance I was able to be pain-free and hella flexible to do most asanas. I would recommend Ujjwal to anyone and everyone as he is very considerate of other's expectations and very passionate for yoga. Just get you goals set beforehand and leave everything else to Ujjwal.
