Hi, I'm Anthony — a passionate teacher with a background in engineering, design, and education. I specialise in Maths and I love helping students build confidence through personalised learning. I currently teach at an independent school in Tasmania. I believe education should be practical, engaging, and tailored to each student’s needs. I draw on my industry experience in engineering to make complex ideas easy to understand and relevant to everyday life. Whether you're preparing for exams, tackling tricky topics, or looking to extend your skills, I focus on making learning clear, supportive, and empowering. My aim is to help you not just succeed academically, but to develop the problem-solving and critical thinking skills that last a lifetime. I look forward to working with you!

About the lesson

My tutoring and teaching style is personalised, and inquiry-driven. To me, it's important to take the time to completely understand the question, and to break it down so that finding the solution is easy.

I believe that students learn best when they see the relevance of their studies to the real world.

I focus on building critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent learning skills, especially by connecting concepts to practical applications.
