About Makayla
Working in childcare and classes with wide age groups has given me the ability to work with any age of student while maintaining a level of professionalism and interest. I was proficient in English throughout my school years placing in the top education groups, earning many certificates and awards in both English and Spanish language, competing in language competitions and winning first place at colleges along with translating for foreign students even as a young child. I scored a 4 on the AP Spanish Language test, one of the highest in my year, and have earned the Seal of Biliteracy through taking advanced college courses explicitly available to the most advanced students.

I am a patient teacher who has worked with students of all ages to learn English and Spanish. My lessons would involve basic reading, writing, and speaking skills along with answering any questions you might have about course work from any English/Spanish class you are currently enrolled in. I work with students in a way that will reduce any stress and frustration that can come along with learning new or difficult things.
