About Freya
Hi my name is Freya. I am a 22-year-old graduate from university. I came across this platform after understanding the way in which I may be able to offer my services to people. I struggled throughout school throughout college throughout university with my weight and my parents and more importantly the ways of reducing my addiction to food I believe that helping online and talking about this has definitely helped me which is what I want to do for everyone. I have studied sports science and nutrition and that has helped me to understand better the way in which to deal with healthy food and how to still enjoy,, a lifestyle that involves fun and partying but being able to understand what is good and what is not

I am one that struggled for many years talking to people in person about understanding my problems with my health and nutrition which is why I decided to take this chance to speak online about this opportunity. I feel it is more comfortable being able to talk online where information isn’t shared and being able to have that one on one time but in the comfort of your own home where you are more relaxed less stressed and more willing to take this opportunity and explain and understand all the ways that I can help.
