About Brittany
I grew up in the mountains with my parents who were both lifeguards. My dad was military and my mom grew up in a family of doctors. My grandfather was the head of the FDA during the Reagan Administration and so we all were lifeguards at the age of 15. My sister, my brother, and I all swim coached and lifeguarded, which gave us the foundation and fitness. From there I went to school to follow my passion in English and became a digital marketing strategist for the health and fitness industry. That being said, I enjoy all types of natural sports and sharing creative writing with everyone.

I have been teaching groups since I was 15 years old. As a swim coach, group fitness instructor, after school tutor, and teen program facilitator I love working with all ages of children. I think the creative process is a huge part of learning how to write and each step is so important. I make sure that each one of my lessons is exceedingly fun, creative and educational. I think that structure is vital to the student teacher relationship as well as trust. So I find infusing joy into every lesson is essential.
