About Ella
I am a 24 year old recent grad who lives in Philadelphia with my 6 year old dog Niko. I started working in executive search for tech companies right out of undergrad. I’ve been working in some capacity since I was 14. I was highly involved in my career center at Swarthmore College, an elite liberal arts college. I take a laidback approach to teaching and love to help when I can.

I have always had a passion for others. I am available for mock interviews and resume prep for early in career professionals and tutoring services for elementary, middle school, and high school students. I have taught SAT prep and been coached on resume/interview prep. As a recruiter I am uniquely trained to assist with this.
I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for help/look for a tutor. I am excited to make the connection :)
