About Katherine
I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2021 with a B.S. in Applied Mathematics. I started tutoring math at the end of high school and continued tutoring all the way through college, so I have years of experience. I am very patient and always willing to meet you where you are at. I have tutored all ages from kindergarten through advanced college classes, so I am ready for anything!

I am very passionate about math, and I am a firm believer that math is not hard, and anyone who thinks it is has just never had it explained to them well! In my lessons, I like to break the problems down to understand them in their most basic forms and then work through them step by step. The hard part isn't usually the actual math, it's understanding what you need to do, so this tends to be the most effective method of teaching. Let me show you how easy math can be :)
