About Aiman
Hi! I’m a qualified primary school teacher with a Bachelor of Education and a current Year 3 classroom teacher in Sydney. I’m passionate about helping children build confidence and enjoy learning.
I provide personalized 1:1 tutoring in English, science, PDH, HSIE, and Mathematics for primary students, with lessons tailored to each child’s individual needs. I’m experienced with the NSW Curriculum and aim to make learning engaging, supportive, and achievable for every student.

My approach to private tutoring
As a qualified primary school teacher and current Year 3 classroom teacher, I take a personalized and supportive approach to tutoring. I believe every child learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to their individual needs, learning style, strengths, and areas for development.
My goal is not simply to help students complete their homework, but to build their understanding, confidence, and independence as learners. I use clear explanations, engaging activities, and practical examples to make learning enjoyable and meaningful.
I can support students in English and Mathematics, including reading, comprehension, writing, spelling, grammar, problem-solving, and numeracy. I am also familiar with the NSW Curriculum and can help students strengthen their skills, prepare for assessments, and develop effective learning habits.
For younger students, I focus on creating a positive and encouraging learning environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I celebrate progress and use students’ interests to make lessons engaging.
Each session is planned around the child’s needs, with clear learning goals and opportunities to practice and apply new skills. I also believe communication with parents is important, so I can provide feedback on progress and areas to continue working on.
My aim is for every student to finish a session thinking, “I can do this!”
