I have known Katie since we were 9 years old. Even as a child she was very intelligent, patient and always willing to lend a helping hand to others. She was always the person I went to when I had to vent or needed advice. Katie has a special aura about her that makes you feel safe and relaxed. She is extremely empathetic towards people’s feelings and has been such a positive influence in my life!

Katie is very through with her sessions. She follows the yoga criteria and does so many different positions, relaxing excercises to clear the mind. Calming breathing and mind focussing she also uses. She is very friendly, professional and really makes you feel comfortable at all times.
