*Sickness can be dangerous to your voice*
Please read to the end
Your voice is your precious instrument, and anything that will endanger it’s performance should be avoided. When you are sick, inflammation can cause your vocal cords to swell.
Even a minor cold can lead to tiredness in your voice, making it difficult to hit high notes, sing freely or even last long while singing.
This is why I usually recommend two things -
*1. Make sure you have enough rest before any singing performance*
*2. Don’t keep sickness in your body for long, seek treatment as soon as you notice the sickness.*
