About Ollie
Hi, I'm Ollie, an Economics Undergraduate at the University of Bath. Maths was once a subject I hated, but I have come to enjoy and understand it thoroughly. My goal is to do the same for you as i believe enjoyment and understanding are integral to doing well with this subject. I have countless techniques and study tips to share that allowed me to achieve an A* and progress to a top 5 University.

I believe that Maths is the most important subject for a student to understand and enjoy as it teaches you so many transferable skills and is so useful in the job market. My focus is on grasping not only what you are doing but also why you are doing it. This approach makes learning Maths more enjoyable and less formulaic. The length of a lesson is completely up to you! I think that forcing one to learn (especially maths) will yield bad results and I am also willing to go as long as it takes for you to understand something. I accomplished a 95% (A*) in my maths A-level and have gone on to study economics with a strong focus on maths at the University of Bath. During my A-levels, i also tutored many in lower sixth and GCSE to help with Maths exams and study techniques. I am willing to teach at both the GCSE and A-level difficulty though i believe my methods help particularly well for A-level students.
