About Rufeida

I am a Russell Group university graduate with an undergraduate degree with a BA Honours degree in English and a Master's degree in Contemporary Literature, Culture, and Theory. With over 5 years of tutoring experience, I hope to inspire students in more than their academic studies. I would love to share my interests and allow others to get to grips with the subjects I tutor.

About the lesson

I mostly enjoy teaching A Level students because this is a point where students get to know a lot more about themselves and what interests them. However, I also offer GCSE tuition in limited subjects like history, religious studies, English language and literature. I offer a short free consultation before lessons start to understand the needs, learning styles, and goals of my students so that I can plan tailored lessons for them. I teach 1-1 and small group sessions. I like encouraging students to think about bigger questions that surround the subject area, enticing their curiosity and allowing them to identify how and what they enjoy the subject. Enjoyment and passion are critical components to studying.
