About Eleanor
I am passionate about providing an educational setting where students feel comfortable to ask questions, to make mistakes and to push themselves. Instilling confidence in students' own ability is also of crucial importance to me in teaching. I love watching students grow in both knowledge and confidence, so that they are equipped to apply what is learned in the classroom, out into the world that they live in.

I take a student-centred approach, which means that each lesson is unique to the student I am teaching, depending on their learning style, interests and strengths and weaknesses. My lessons often involve a combination of theory, practical exercises and processes, with examination techniques and practice if applicable. I encourage an experimental approach to learning, where the student has the chance to explore their own interests and passions within the subject, while also prioritising and moving forward with the syllabus' curriculum.
