About Samy
A sportsman since always, I like to teach my knowledge in weight loss and allow students to reach their goals quickly enough to feel better in their bodies.
Having myself lost about twenty kilos, I know perfectly the methods to use to lose the superfluous kilos by betting on good nutrition and a fairly regular sporting effort.
In addition, I would be the driving force behind your motivation by giving you the strength you need to accomplish your goals quickly and surely.
