About Signe
I'm a freelance theatre-maker and work part-time as a tutor alongside this. My focus is on the student: I adapt my approach according to how you learn best. I have a genuine passion for the subjects I teach and hope to share this with you, as well as ensuring you hit the goals you've set (whether that's getting certain grades, honing your essay-writing skills, or something else).
I was a scholar at TCD studying English Literature & Theatre Studies (First Class Honours BA, Gold Medal recipient), most recently receiving a Postgrad Diploma with Distinction in Modern & Contemporary Literature. I completed two Languages for Employability courses (French & Spanish) at Trinity while studying for my Diploma.

I tutor English, French, & Spanish to Leaving Cert level with a warm, personal approach. I'm student-focused and aim to foster a genuine curiosity & interest in the subject, as well as ensuring students get the best grades.
My lessons are usually 60 minutes but I can offer 30-90 minute sessions as well.
I have tutored French & Spanish, advised successful MA applicants on personal statements, and workshopped college essays to a high standard.
