Hi, I'm April! I'm a certified Hatha and Somatic Yoga teacher, Ayurvedic wellness guide, and plant-based chef based in Costa Rica. I help people reconnect to their bodies and feel balanced through yoga, self-care, and healing food. Whether you're looking for gentle movement, personalized wellness support, or nourishing recipes, I offer a calm, supportive space for you to grow. In these interactive cooking classes, I’ll guide you through simple, delicious recipes inspired by Ayurveda and plant-based healing. You’ll learn how to prepare food that supports digestion, balances your dosha, and brings joy to your daily meals.
Each class is:
