About Amy
My name is Amy.
I am a coach/tutor for nutrition, habits, and healing unwanted eating disorders. I work with my clients to support them through their journey to food freedom just as I supported myself through my own healing a few years ago.
I help others from my own experiences and I understand the desire to reach your ideal weight may also be a priority. My method of teaching also incorporates sustaining a healthy body weight by adopting healthy habits for the longterm.
