About Miya

I am born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. I am working in Baltimore City as an educator and I have hopes to continue my personal education in order to gain more skills and education to one day have my own ABA service for children with autism and learning disabilities. I love the way teaching makes me feel and I am constantly learning from the ones I am teaching. There is so much insight when it comes to the minds of school aged children.

About the lesson

All of my lessons will be constructed to meet you or your child where they are at in the present to prepare for their future. I plan my lessons to be challenging but still boosting the confidence to participate and taking on new skills in order to develop. I believe that reward is a huge piece of education and there will be incentives to hard work. I have years of lessons and supplies that will aid in the flow of tutoring but also the emphasis on have a full scope of learning.
