For years I have been accompanying people on their very individual yoga path & I am happy about everyone with whom I was able to share the power and beauty of this path.

Hatha Yoga| Vinyasa Flow | Ashtanga Yoga | meditation
Whether it is your very first yoga session or you are already an experienced yogi looking for further challenges, WELCOME are all those who want to engage intensively with mind and body.
- The yoga lessons can be done individually or in small groups. (max. 6 people)
- Duration as desired, min. 1 hour
- Focus can also be on anatomy, especially the spine
- Being a woman & dealing with the female cycle, focus on anatomy & yoga therapy
