About Anneline
I am a Hypnotherapist who believes that anything is possible if you believe in yourself. I have a passion to help people improve their emotional wellbeing through Meditation and hypnosis.
Meditation and certain exercises improves and stabilizes al the chemicals in the brain which can make an enormous difference in physical and mental health in one's life. I want to share my positive energy and love with the world.

I am here to help my clients work through stress, depression, PTSD, Anxiety and eating disorders.
Every struggle has a route problem. My job is to help you identify the route cause of the things you might be struggling with in order to eliminate ongoing struggles.
In the sessions I will take a client trough therapeutic conversations followed by hypnosis and meditation techniques. Thus helping each client with the things he/she would like to change. These things can be simple things like getting through daily life more relaxed, or bigger problems like improve mental health or working through stress caused by a certain illness. Please note that you do not need to have a specific reason to take a hypnosis class, you can even do it for relaxation. Hypnotherapy is also an amazing technique to help anyone reach their goals in life and make their dreams come true.
Wether it is Depression, PTSD, Anxiety, Stress, struggling with losing weight or just need a safe space to vent and let go, I am here to help you with all of these things. All dreams are possible
