About Francesco

"Water is the fundamental element for the existence of all living organs. We often think that all drinking waters are the same and that the important thing is that they are drinkable. We are bombarded with bottled water thinking that some have some beneficial properties compared to others, in reality all bottled waters are close to similar for the amount of oxidants they contain due to their long conservation in bottles. What is hardly known is that there are waters that act as antioxidants, just like it happens for fruit and vegetables and therefore they have "ceutic" properties that are able to bring benefits for man and the environment.
