About Hilary

I am an experienced yoga practitioner and teacher, with over a decade of personal practice and a 2023 certification from Yoga Campus (accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga). I know firsthand the profound impact yoga can have, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. Yoga has been a transformative force in my life, helping me navigate difficult times while cultivating self-awareness, compassion, and confidence. Teaching brings me immense joy, and I am dedicated to helping others experience the balance, clarity, and empowerment that yoga has given me, both on and off the mat.

About the lesson

I teach from the heart, offering a warm, calm, and sincere space for students of all ages and abilities, from total beginners to advanced practitioners. Whether you seek increased strength or mobility, relief from stress or injury, or simply a moment of peace in a busy world, my classes are designed to meet you where you are. My approach blends dynamic Vinyasa and Hatha styles with restorative Yin, meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises) and deep relaxation practices like Yoga Nidra. Yoga is more than just movement, it’s a journey to greater self-awareness, clarity, and empowerment. My classes are accessible, with gradual progression, adjustments, and alternatives to suit individual needs.
