I am experienced with 10+ years in teaching yoga. I have taught 1000+ students. International certified yoga instructor from The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center. I am providing corporate, personal, group, and guest classes as per the requirement. I also provide therapeutic yoga depending on health problems.

Clear and detailed instructions for easy and doable yoga postures especially for beginners.
The class flow will change depending on attendees age groups and also health issues.
I believe in practice what you preach, hence my teachings are based out of my on own experiences.
The sessions are pre-planned and I practice along with the student while teaching.
Yoga not only gives you physical fitness but also keeps you mentally fit for working efficiently.
Each session has a combination of Yoga Asanas, flows, meditation and pranayama.
The physical practice are combined with attitude training to bring about a holistic change in the outlook.
