Hello,
My name is Dominjc & I am a Yoga Teacher & practitioner of over 15 years, specialising in Hatha and Bhakti Yoga.
I am forever and foremost a student of these linages and the wisdom and healing power that Yoga holds.
The benefits of Yoga are innumerable and can help us to live our best lives Physically, Mentally & Spiritually.
I am happy to work with everyone from complete beginners to more advanced practitioners, wether you're recovering from and injury or illness, looking for a deeper connection to Self or wanting to furhter your Asana, Meditation, Mantra or Devotional practices.
It is my great joy and honour to help you on your path of Yoga.

As well as teaching Asana classes Hridaya also runs online courses in Philosophy & Kirtan as these are central aspects to his path & teaching of Bhakti Yoga”
