About Adrian

Whether it be cooking for your family, a new suitor or even a special event, I can help you discover your true potential in the kitchen. I will sit down and set up a private class that works for you and provide you with a list of ingredients and equipment needed to treat your taste buds. I offered virtual instruction or in person if you are local.

About the lesson

I fell in love with cooking at a young age. Watching Food Network with my parents, downloading recipes and re-creating them ourselves was how I spent my time. I’ve been in a kitchen or restaurant setting since I was 16 years old. With over 20 years of experience and still learning and re-creating daily, I would love to teach you the basics of cooking. Depending upon what you were looking for, we can start with eggs or the five mother sauces. If you have something in particular you are trying to cook we can work through it together. The possibilities are endless.
